8am Chandara Vinyasa Yoga with Fay
Meditation (Intention to open the side/lateral body), Pranayama (Nadi Shodhana - alternative Nostril breathing) & Gong Bath, Mantra/Song.
9.30am Breakfast
10-12pm Sauna, Rest and Journal/ Reflect.
12pm Lunch
1.30pm (Optional) Satsang Somatic enquiry with Judith Puckmayr
or Alternatively Outdoor exploration, Sauna and Rest.
4pm Yoga with Fay (Intention to explore twists and balancing postures), Pranayama (Kapalabhati pranayama, also known as breath of fire or skull shining breath), Gong Bath and Mantra/Song.
5.30pm Dinner
8pm- 9pm Candle Light Restorative Yoga/ Yoga Nidra. (Intention to rejuvenate and restore the body through gentle back bends and inversions)
Monday

Hosted by Fay Rosamond incorporating her experience of yoga, sound and movement to hold these three days and three nights under the inspiration of the beauty of the rose, and nature itself. Yoga has a good way philosophically of relating to natural world as it’s clear refection and teacher of how life unfolds/opens.
Due to the bookings so far being only women Fay has decided to honour this and make this particular retreat a women’s retreat. To be clear there won’t be any direct reference to women/hood or women/works (but of course that will be naturally there) but rather the need for definition comes from a place of curiosity of what is possible in the holding of just women in this beautiful yoga practice exploring depth, softness, opening and rest.
Held in a beautiful eco retreat centre in Devon near Totnes. Nestled into the warm cosy eco retreat centre with beautiful vegan/vegetarian food, sauna and trips to local beaches and rivers. Community is central to our wellbeing, and together we will explore methods and practices that enable us to look within, to allow space for the body to feel, rest and restore. Embedded within a rich tapestry of yoga, somatic enquiry, breath work, music and sound. This aims to be a rejuvenating retreat, leaving you feeling inspired, curious, interested, rested, aligned, grounded, open, peaceful and settle.

The following cancellation policy applies to this booking:
At least 14 days notice: Full refund (minus cancellation fee of 30 %)
Less than 7 days notice: no refund unless the workshop is full and your place can be filled from the waiting list. (minus cancellation fee of 30 %) You are also welcome to give your place to another as a gift and arrange payment between you.
Any other refunds due to extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of Fay Rosamond.
