“THE GOAL IS REVEALED IN THE PATH

Love is of the divine heart’s own eternal and unconditioned nature. Being eternal, this love is uncreated. Accordingly, the Love that supports each of us at the core of our being is not produced as the effect of any cause. Therefore, the Love we experience is not finally the result of our actions in the world, not the product of our disciplined knowledge, not the consequence of our austerities, not the effect of our emotions. Its presence and expression within us is not the fruit of anything but itself.

Think about it for a moment. If Love were the result of some cause, then it would disappear if that cause were to disappear. It would be contingent on that cause. But love is not contingent on anything whatsoever. Love is an aspect of God’s nature, and God is not conditioned by anything. Dwelling within us as the source of being, God inwardly shares Love with the human Spirit. Thus the Love that stands in the true Heart, which is our own highest nature, is not dependant on anything. It is completely free. It is spontaneous. The Essence of such Love is the essence of Gods own Love. It is not created: It is revealed.”

Exquisite Love

Reflections on he spiritual life based on Narasa’s Bhakti Sutra"‘

Protection and growth will be at the heart of our prayer. To invite us into the moment, to be present with the breath, dissolving into angelic bliss, resting into the divine energy of our body, heart and spirit. This time can help to remind us it’s okay to let go; to loosen our attachments and instead rest into what we all ready have inside of us; to experience the rich inner tapestry of embodied presence.
This ceremony aims to give space, to reflect, rest, open and invoke your dreams into the darkness, receiving fully the nourishment of the cold earth days ahead. To rest in beauty and the grace of spirit woven within us and all around, submerged in natures reflection.

Hannah will open and close the ceremony space. Her experience and training have centred around the exploration of ceremonial work with a specific emphasis on women’s health.

We will honour the spirit of cacao and have a warm drink served with intention. We will also bring the Rose and Blue Lotus into the space as a tincture/scent at different points throughout the ceremony. Next Yoga with Fay; Chandara (moon shining) Vinyasa with an incremental build up of postures with sequencing to honour the season and tides of nature; based on yoga classes taught weekly with live music and sound. The end of the yoga practice will move towards restorative postures (yoga taught with props and blankets with positions held for up to 10 minutes at a time; super comfy and restorative) into a Gong Bath to help the body deepen into a relaxed space ready for the Alchemy Quartz Crystal bowls with Hannah. Hannah Bedford will lead the next part of the session with her Alchemy Rose Quartz and Gold Crystal bowls emitting a soft nurturing tone with a pure sonic resonance that is unsurpassed by any other singing bowl currently made. You will receive sounds that flow through you, that rest and restore your body on a cellular level. As you receive the frequencies. Fay will offer tuning folks to individuals in the session that work deeply around and through the energetic/physical field of the body.
At different points in the practice Fay will invite the integration of Movement Alchemy which is a somatic exploration to reflect how the body might like to express itself, to help integrate the experience. Movement Alchemy will be a subtle aspect to the whole ceremony and will be woven in at points it feels relevant. Movement Alchemy has derived from Fay's exploration of Release Based Dance Technique within a structure of Improvisation with psychodynamic expression and consideration.
We will finish with a food and tea blessing, singing to close the session.

We will share the beauty of the seasons while embodying the spirit of renewal and hope within the community through Cacao Ceremony, Chandra Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, Movement Alchemy, Sound, Song with Alchemy Rose Quartz Crystal Bowls.

In much love and deepest respect.

Any questions please get in touch.

  • Hannah Bedford

Hannah has always loved music and grew up exploring sound from a young age. After living in Berlin, Hannah had developed a regular Jivamukti yoga practise, which incorporated Sanskrit chanting. These chants always promoted emotional release and joy to Hannah. Back in London Hannah started to explore sound within a spiritual framework, meeting her first teacher, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl practitioner Carly Grace. Through
the completion of the Introductory and Advanced Sound Medicine trainings with Carly Grace and Yantara Jiro, Hannah was drawn towards a powerful set of rose quartz Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. These bowls took Hannah to play at yoga retreats and led her to plant medicine and the sound healing qualities of the songs sung by the Huni Kuin tribe. Hannah discovered the channelling of energy through playing musical instruments and the voice. Quickly Hannah met her next teachers Cherub & Tim Wheater, with whom she trained to also play the gong, shamanic drum, tuning forks, and opening up the power of our voice with vocal toning.

Hannah believes that sound frequency has transformational power, that we can all harness, working down to the cellular level in the body. During the sound bath Hannah invites us to let go and surrender into the soothing heart centred vibrations created by her Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
